Sensory Loss project
The Sensory Loss Project is a partnership project between Palliative Care WA and WA Primary Health Alliance. It is supported by funding from WA Primary Health Alliance through the Australian Government’s PHN Program.
It explores the health literacy for Advance Care Planning (ACP) and palliative care of people with sensory loss in WA, and aims to build additional resources and capacity and capability of the Auslan sector to support informed decision making for future care planning and palliative care awareness.
