There are two new resource booklets on paediatric palliative care now available online via Palliative Care Australia’s website.
The resources were developed by Queensland University of Technology to support families and carers of children with life-limiting conditions, and help them consider what is important to discuss with the paediatric palliative care team at different stages of their child’s care.
Endorsed by PCA and Paediatric Palliative Care Australia and New Zealand, the resources have been distributed in hard copy to all Australian paediatric palliative care services, and feature two separate booklets that you can download below:
