The Board of Palliative Care WA awards Honorary Life Memberships to individuals who have provided outstanding service to the cause of palliative care in WA or to the organisation itself.
Please assist us in identifying worthy recipients for Honorary Life Membership to be awarded at the 2025 Palliative Care Awards in WA on Thursday 20 November 2025 at The Westin Perth. You can do this by filling in the Life Membership nomination form HERE. Nominations close 5.00pm 28 October 2025.
