Palliative Care WA staff visited a number of hospitals in the metropolitan area to promote the value and importance of advance care planning as part of National Advance Care Planning Week 2024 from 18 – 24 March.
With our partners, Cancer Council WA’s Palliative and Supportive Care Education (PaSCE) team, we have been spreading with word about ACP. As well, we have held a Death Cafe, an ACP workshop and our inaugural Dead Right Quiz Night during the week.
