Professor Seow, who is one of the headline speakers at our Palliative Care Summit in November, is the Canada Research Chair in Palliative Care and Health System Innovation and a Professor in the Department of Oncology, McMaster University. He publishes health care and policy research focused on improving care for patients with serious illness.
Professor Seow co-authored the book with Dr Samantha Winemaker, who he also co-hosts the popular podcast ‘The Waiting Room Revolution,’.
The book is designed to make an early palliative care approach accessible to all patients, families and providers.
