Annual General Meeting 2024 – voting form and candidate profiles
Members of Palliative Care WA are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 10 December 2024.
- 4.30pm at the Boulevard Centre, 99 The Boulevard, Floreat.
- Refreshments will follow the meeting
- Register your attendance HERE
The business of the meeting will be:
- Consideration of the Annual Report and Financial Statements
- Special resolution for consideration of Palliative Care WA’s changes to Rules of Association
- Election of the new Board.

Unable to attend? Appoint a proxy
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf by filling out and returning a Proxy Form.
Please return and sign the completed form to Palliative Care WA via one of the following methods:
- Mail to 15 Bedbrook Place, Shenton Park, WA 6008
- Deliver in person to the above address
- Scan and email to info@palliativecarewa.asn.au at least 24 hours before the AGM.
