2024 Annual General Meeting inclusive of a Special Resolution for Change of Rules of Association and Board Elections
Invitation to Members – NOTICE
This is a reminder that the members of Palliative Care WA are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 10 December 2024. The Palliative Care WA Board for 2024 will be elected at the AGM.
Nominations for Board elections are now closed.
- The position of President did not receive a nomination. As per the Rules of Association clause 32 (2), nominations will be called for this position at the AGM.
- The positions of Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary each received one nomination, therefore each of these positions will be considered as filled as per Rules of Association clause 32 (3).
- There were seven (7) nominations for five (5) ordinary Board Member positions, therefore as per clause 32 (4), an election will be conducted at the AGM. A summary of the seven nominees will be sent to members next week and will also be available at the AGM.
- The number of Board positions has been set at 9 by the Board.

Unable to attend? Appoint a proxy.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf by filling out and returning a Proxy Form.

- Tuesday 10 December at 4.30pm at the Boulevard Centre, 99 The Boulevard, Floreat.
