National Advance Care Planning Week – 18 to 24 March
Palliative Care WA is running a series of events and activities during National Advance Care Planning Week from 18–24 March. This year’s campaign encourages all Australians to share what matters most about their future health care wishes and preferences.
Our events include:
- Death Café on Tuesday 19 March 10.00am to 11.30am at Pinnaroo valley Memorial Café – to book visit HERE.
- Dead Right Quiz Night on Friday 22 March – SOLD OUT!
- An ACP workshop in Mandurah – to book call Delys Griffin on Delys.Griffin@mandurah.wa.gov.au or phone 9550 3797
- Hospital stalls with PaSCE from mid-morning to early afternoon at the following hospitals: Joondalup Health Campus (18/3), Royal Perth Hospital and St John of God Subiaco (19/3), St John of God Murdoch (20/3), Fiona Stanley Hospital (20/3), Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (21/3).
