The theme for this year is ‘What matters most’. Palliative Care Australia have social media and communications resources available for download on their website so individuals and organisations can promote National Palliative Care Week. There will also be tea towels, posters and pens available if you or your organisation will be holding an information stand during the week. Please contact Palliative Care WA for more information.
