Carers Week morning tea and presentation

Join us at our Carers Week morning tea on Wednesday 18 October from 10.00am to 11.30am at the Seminar Room, 15 Bedbrook Place, Shenton Park, where we will acknowledge and celebrate carers in our community.
We’ll talk about how you as a carer can become involved in peer-to-peer support (IPPS) to help carers to live well and thrive, as well as explore the benefits of Advance Care Planning.

Carers Week is Australia’s celebration of carers and is held annually in the third week of October. This year the week will run from 15 October to 21 October.
