Palliative Care WA is pleased to invite applications for scholarships from palliative care volunteers located anywhere in WA to attend two events being held in Victoria in 2022, both hosted by Palliative Care Victoria.
The first of these events is the Volunteer Conference one step–one word–one heart, being held on Wednesday 18 May. The conference aims to provide an opportunity for Volunteers and Leaders of Volunteers from a range of organisations to share experiences, learn from diverse and innovative approaches, and explore what volunteers can do for their self-care and wellbeing.
The second scholarship involves attending the Palliative Care Volunteer Facilitator Training being held 19-20 July, which includes online support for 12 months following the training.
