Advance Care Planning International is seeking input via a questionnaire from those involved in Advance Care Planning to support the development of a global definition of Advance Care Planning.
Welphi is an online questionnaire system which implements the Delphi method through a set of rounds in which, besides your answers to the questions presented, you are also able to provide comments which will be anonymously shared with the other participants, enabling the exchange of arguments and moving towards a consensus.
