Prepare for caring during palliative care – in-person workshop for carers

This new face-to-face workshop to help carers understand more about the caring journey, prepare for transitions in relationships and learn more about Advance Care Planning (ACP) documents, carer responsibilities and how ACP can assist carers, has been developed by Palliative Care WA.
As well as discussing ways to care for your loved one, the workshop will explore how you can care for yourself, help you identify next steps and discuss possible support needs. It will also look at what to expect in the last days of life, and how to navigate grief and bereavement.
