PalliLEARN – Palliative care planning in 5 steps for informal carers

Community members are invited to join us for our new online courses called PalliLEARN.

PalliLEARN is a series of short courses aimed at equipping community members to learn about palliative care.

In this module we will explore Palliative care planning in 5 steps for informal carers.

During this online session you will look at the role of the informal carer, identify support systems, understand the 5 steps for planning and self care and identify services to support you in your role.
