Grief Cafe in National Palliative Care Week

Join us at our Cup Half Full – Grief Café during National Palliative Care Week on 14 May 2026 at Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre.
The café will run from 10.00am to 12.00pm and welcomes people to share about loss and grief over coffee and cake in a safe space to talk and listen.
The café will be facilitated by Sabena Lund, who has training and experience in holding group spaces and conversations.
Tea, coffee and morning tea provided.
