Cup Half Full – Grief Café during Seniors Week

Join us at our Cup Half Full – Grief Café during Seniors Week on Friday 14 November at Mattie Furphy House in Swanbourne.
The café will run from 10.00am to 12.00pm and welcomes people to share about loss and grief over coffee and cake in a safe space to talk and listen.
The café will be facilitated by Sabena Lund, who has training and experience in holding group spaces and conversations.
