My Future Care – Advance Care Planning Workshop – open to the public in Quairading

Advance Care Planning is the process of thinking about and sharing your wishes regarding care, health and finances, in case you’re not able to make and communicate your decisions in the future.

Hosted by Quairading Community Resource Centre, this workshop will involve an online presentation and will cover information on what is involved in Advance Care Planning, how to get started, and how to talk with your loved ones about your end-of-life wishes. It is a practical and interactive workshop where you will have the chance to get your questions answered.

Who is this for?
