We are delighted to announce that we have been successful in winning the tender to provide the Palliative Care Information and Support Line service in WA for the next four years.

The pilot program for this service was established in May this year with funding provided by the End of Life Care Program at WA Health.  It is a seven-day-a-week service, available to consumers, carers and family members which provides non-clinical information and support on palliative care and grief and bereavement.

We are now seeking two new phone responders for the service to join our close-knit team. Responders provide the confidential phone service from the comfort of their own homes. They are provided with a quality headset to minimise environmental noise and ensure the best possible connection with phone line callers.

For more information on the role and how to apply please download the phone responders application information here.

Applications close on Monday 30 November – so please spread the word and act now.
