Make a Bequest

Please consider leaving us a bequest in your will. This is simple to do and will help us to continue our work to ensure that all Western Australians understand, and have equitable access to, quality palliative care.

Steps

1. Decide what type of bequest you would like to make (see below).
2. Update your will (suggested wording below). We recommend you consult a legal professional when creating or updating your will.
3. Let us know. We would appreciate you letting us know if you are including Palliative Care WA in your will. This way we can thank you personally and keep you updated on the work we are doing to improve palliative care access and services in Western Australia. If you have any questions or concerns please feel to contact our Business Development Officer – info@palliativecarewa.asn.au ; 1300 551 704.
