Joining the Dots
We are delighted that Joining the Dots, the 2020 palliative care summit held in November went so well. The packed room was positively buzzing all day!
There are many people who made valuable contributions to the day. Our sincere thanks to Walter McGuire from Go Cultural for the lovely Welcome to Country; to Andrew Huffer for running the interactive sessions; and to our fabulous MC, Di Darmody, who held the whole day together so well and kept us running on time. We really appreciate the Hon Roger Cook, Minister for Health for taking the time to formally open the summit.
And lastly we are particularly grateful to all of the presenters for their time, effort and passion about their topic.
We appreciate the excellent feedback from participants – both informal and via the survey.
We have produced a Summit Report that summarises the themes and priorities that emerged during the summit, as well as a shorter summary snapshot. The downloads for both are below:
As promised, here are the links to download most of the presentations from the summit. We are also working on uploading the recordings from Professor Susan Kurrle and Dr Christian Ntizimira.
