Understanding Advance Care Planning is an online forum suitable for family, friends and carers of people with chronic disease or terminal illness.

This forum aims to help you understand the elements of advance care planning and how to support the person you are caring for as they talk about their end of life wishes. You will also have opportunity to get your questions answered by our experts.
Understanding Advance Care Planning will be presented by Lana Glogowski. As our CEO Lana has been leading our drive to increase awareness and understanding of advance care planning and palliative care in our community. Lana has specialist expertise in all aspects of advance care planning and presents our advance care planning workshops to community groups across WA.

This forum is FREE, however registrations are essential.

There are three Understanding Advance Care Planning online forums scheduled. While the material covered will be similar, each one is designed for different audiences. The other two are:
- Tuesday 2 June, 10–11:30am: Suitable for anyone in the general community
- Wednesday 3 June, 10–11:30am: Suitable for people with a chronic disease or terminal illness
