Quarterly Palliative Care Forum – launch of Palliative Caring Booklet

This will be an opportunity to hear about the changing landscape for carers in WA and the importance of their contribution to the community, especially at a time when more and more people are expressing the desire to be cared for, and to die, at home at the end of life.
