Palliative Care WA Special Forum: WA End of Life Choices Committee Report

The WA Parliament’s Joint Select Committee on End of Life Choices Inquiry is due to release their report on the 23 August.  Palliative Care WA is hosting a forum to provide the sector with an early opportunity to understand and discuss on the interim findings and recommendations.    You can download the promotional flyer here

When:  Tuesday, 28 August 2018, 4.30pm to 7pm

Where:  The Boulevard Centre, 99 The Boulevard, Floreat.

Who:  Members and supporters of Palliative Care WA, palliative care service providers, health and allied health practitioners, aged care providers, and general community.

Cost:  Free to Palliative Care WA individual members, $40 non-members

Parking:   Free three (3) hour parking available at Floreat Forum Shopping Centre carpark
