Palliative Care WA Forum Series on the WA End of Life Choices Report
Palliative Care WA Forum Series
WA End of Life Choices Parliamentary Committee Report
The WA Parliament’s Joint Select Committee on End of Life Choices released their report on 23 August and Palliative Care WA hosted a special forum on 28 August to discuss the findings and recommendations. The EOL Report focused on three key areas of care at end of life – advance care planning, palliative care services, and voluntary assisted dying.
Palliative Care WA and Palliative and Supportive Care Education are holding a series of three forums to explore the recommendations in detail and identify sector priorities for presentation to the WA Government. Each forum will explore a different section of the report.
Attendance at the forums are open to members and supporters of Palliative Care WA, palliative care service providers, health and allied health practitioners, aged care providers, carers and consumers.
