DESCRIPTION:Community members are invited to join us for our online courses called PalliLEARN. \nPalliLEARN is a series of short courses aimed at equipping community members to learn about palliative care. \nThis online workshop will explore What matters most\, and how to talk about it. During the session you will learn practical tips on how to take the time to reflect on what matters most to you and learn a little about advance care planning.
