DESCRIPTION:Have you ever noticed that writing things down has the power to shift how you feel? Could putting words to some of life’s hardest moments help us get through them? \nIn their newly published book\, How to Dress for Old Age\, co-authors David Carlin and Peta Murray tell tender\, funny and confronting stories of their personal friendship as they face their respective responsibilities to their ageing parents\, and grapple with one big question: How to live meaningfully to the end? \nThis hands-on workshop led by Peta and David is designed for writers and non-writers alike.
