Are you good to go? | Advance Care Planning Community Workshop for PCWA Members and Stakeholders

Since 2015 Palliative Care WA have been delivering interactive community workshops on Advance Care Planning.  This is your opportunity to experience what Palliative Care WA is delivering in the community and why it is so well-received.

Palliative Care WA is inviting our members and stakeholders to attend a special introductory workshop on Wednesday 1 August.

What is covered?

  • What is Advance Care Planning and why we need to do it
  • How to have a conversation about death and dying with your family, loved ones and health care providers
  • Exploring your values and want you want at end of life
  • Up to date information on palliative care, organ and tissue donation, Advance Health Directive, Enduring Power of Guardianship and Enduring Power of Attorney
