SUMMARY:My Future Care – Advance Care Planning Workshop – open to the public in Quairading
DESCRIPTION:Advance Care Planning is the process of thinking about and sharing your wishes regarding care\, health and finances\, in case you’re not able to make and communicate your decisions in the future. \nHosted by Quairading Community Resource Centre\, this workshop will involve an online presentation and will cover information on what is involved in Advance Care Planning\, how to get started\, and how to talk with your loved ones about your end-of-life wishes. It is a practical and interactive workshop where you will have the chance to get your questions answered. \nWho is this for? \nThis workshop is for any community members regardless of age\, health or background. You don’t need any prior knowledge of Advance Care Planning to take part.
