DESCRIPTION:You are invited to attend a FREE AHD document completion workshop at South Older Adult Health Hub that will assist you to complete your Advance Health Directive. It is ideal for community members to take part in one of our My Future Care workshop first\, but this isn’t a requirement. \nDuring this workshop we will work through each page of the AHD allowing you to work towards the completion of the document to a stage where it is ready for signing\, witnessing and presenting to your health professional. \nParticipants should have considered their end-of-life wishes\, values and preferences and should be ready to complete their document in preparation for attending this workshop. \nLimited places available in each workshop. DESCRIPTION:Our Dead Right Quiz Night returns with a new and improved format – more fun\, more laughs and just the right amount of “dead right” thinking. \nRound up your teams for a night of hilarity\, conversation and connection\, all while supporting Palliative Care WA. \nThere will also be lots of amazing prizes on offer for you to win or to make a bid on through our silent auction. \nThe night is not only about raising money but also about raising awareness around death and dying and removing the taboos that surround speaking about death. Make sure you come with an open mind and be prepared to talk about\, and even laugh at\, something that will eventually come to us all. \nQuiz hosts\nBorn and bred in the sunny west\, Bamboozled Quizmasters have been bamboozling the fine folks of Western Australia for years. Their Perth-based team is full of fantastic entertainers and people passionate about putting on great events all year round. In a word\, their quiz night style is fun. \nThe quiz will include several rounds which have a death focus\, while the other rounds will be general knowledge and include standard\, audio and visual questions. \nTickets\nTicket prices are as follows: \n\n$450 for a table of 10\n\n\n$400 for a table of 10 where the table host is a current financial PCWA member\n\n\n$45 individuals (non-Member) who want to come along and join the fun but can’t get a table of 10 together?
