New international research from Advance Care Planning Australia reveals that dementia carers need more support and guidance to navigate end-of-life care for their loved one. Recently published by internationally renowned journal, Palliative Medicine, the study identifies the emotional pressures that arise when people with dementia and their carers confront tough decisions and difficult conversations about advance care planning.
