Leading Aged Care Services Australia have an extremely comprehensive list of useful resources for aged care providers in the COVID-19 environment (LASA)
We are currently working to develop resources to assist people who have a family member or friend receiving palliative care services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Of priority is a resource to assist people to have advance care planning discussions with family members. In the meantime you will find a comprehensive range of resources and links on advance care planning at www.youonlydieonce.com.au.
