National Palliative Care Week Breakfast 2018
Please join us on 22 May at the annual breakfast to celebrate National Palliative Care Week 2018.
There is a lot happening in palliative care and advance care planning at a state and national level in 2018 so come along and catch up on all the new initiatives including the launch of the new and much improved Palliative Care WA website and the WA End-of-life and Palliative Care Strategy 2018-2028.
The theme for National Palliative Care Week 2018 is ‘What matters most’. In keeping with this, Palliative Care WA will show case our new and exciting initiatives to help Western Australians’ plan for the end life and make their wishes known.
